The Clio Awards, the esteemed international advertising, design and communications competition, today announced the official Gold Metals for 2017.  This year’s honorees will celebrate their achievements at the 58th annual Clio Awards set for September 27 at The Tent at Lincoln Center in New York City. Cecily Strong, “Saturday Night Live” cast member, will host the evening.

Grand Clio Award winners will be announced live during the ceremony, which brings together leading creatives, marketers, agency heads and high-level executives across advertising, media, music, fashion and beauty to celebrate the year’s most creative work. Clio winners span the globe, with entries from Canada, Spain, China, Thailand and more.

Notable entries to this year include the award-winning, "Fearless girl," which has garnered several nods from awards shows this past year.

adam&eveDDB's "Give The Rainbow" campaign, where Skittles "gave up" their rainbow in order for the LGBT community to have theirs in this year's Pride.

180LA's "Boost Your Voice" in cooperation with Boost Mobile, a campaign to spread awareness on minority voters having fewer polling locations serving them this year's elections.

Johannes Leonardo's "Original is Never Finished," remix of the iconic song, “My Way” by Frank Sinatra with a provocative approach to today’s streetwear culture.

The Clio Awards 2017 ceremony will be held on September 27 at The Tent, Lincoln Center, New York City. The full list of winners can be viewed online at Clios.com.
