J. Walter Thompson Hong Kong expands Nikon regional remit

HONG KONGJ. Walter Thompson Hong Kong has been reappointed as the regional digital agency-of-record for Japanese camera manufacturer Nikon.

As the incumbent, J. Walter Thompson retains its duties encompassing Nikon’s corporate website, online campaigns, content creation and social media across the leading imaging industry brand’s portfolio for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. The reappointment also adds Singapore as a new market to the account.

The agency’s existing track record, as well as its digital capabilities, category knowledge, regional understanding, experience and passion contributed to their reappointment. Moving forward, the agency will be partnering with Nikon to optimize the performance of its existing eco-system and content strategy for social media.
