The agency has also hired Marvin Pedro as deputy executive creative director, who has been tasked to focus the quality of creative work in traditional media, as the agency’s creative department also expands, particularly in digital media.


Wieneke and Samodio, both long-term employees of Draftfcb, were previously senior vice president and digital head and executive creative director, respectively.

 

“The management of the agency is evolving as the pace of business accelerates and clients are expanding into many more communications channels,” said Wieneke. “We see a clear opportunity to manage and drive creative communications through all media using an integrated agency structure that has no silos.”

Samodio added, “The scope of work for clients is expanding rapidly so we have expanded our talent pool and therefore the ability to be highly effective for our clients.”
