ASIA-PACIFIC – BANGKOK, THAILAND, JUNE 14, 2011 – Y&R Thailand has been selected by Sansiri PLC as their communications partner for the real estate conglomerate’s single detached house business, following a two-way credentials presentation.
The agency will work on strategic communication, print, outdoor and other supporting sales materials for four campaigns for the company, to run within the year.
Sansiri is one of the biggest real estate developers in Thailand. The company recently announced ambitious growth targets that will see revenue increase by 10% in 2011 to eventually reach THB29-B (US$947-M) in 2012 and then THB35-B (US$1.1-B) by 2013.
