BANGKOK, THAILAND — Brilliant & Million’s
has been nominated as one of the top 100 Thai people in The People Awards 2023 with the theme “People of Tomorrow.”
Hosted by Thai publisher The People, these prestigious awards recognize individuals who inspire others through their accomplishments, creativity, and leadership. For this year’s edition, Titipun is shortlisted alongside Bangkok Governor Chadchart Sittipunt, famous rapper Milli, the first Thai singer to perform on Coachella’s music stage, PGA Tour champion Thongchai Jaidee, and many other renowned influencers and artists.
Titipun is Head of Creative at Brilliant & Million, the digital arm of Publicis Groupe Thailand, and a digital artist known as “Taitern.” Last year, his “Flipped Face” NFT collection enjoyed huge success, when Taitern became the first Thai artist to rank number one on the Paras marketplace. In June, he represented Thailand at NFT.NYC, one of the world’s leading NFT events held in Times Square. He later became the first NFT artist to speak at APEC, Asia Pacific’s premier economic forum, representing Thailand as a “new technology visionary.”
The People of Tomorrow’s selection committee singled out Titipun as someone who is unlocking opportunities for Thai digital artists and putting Southeast Asian culture on a global stage.
According to the committee, he is “one of 100 people who are making a difference and making
tomorrow’s world a better place.”
He said, “When I created my first NFT art project called ‘THAIGHOST’ in 2020 during COVID lockdowns, I never thought a few years later I’d be shortlisted alongside some of Thailand’s most inspiring people. I don’t dare to wish being in the top 10, but I do hope to inspire other people to follow their passions and use their talents to create a better future for all.”
The People Awards 2023 will take place on April 05 in Bangkok, Thailand, when 10 of 100 nominees will be honored in a ceremony as Thailand’s People of Tomorrow for 2023.
