PHILIPPINES, MARCH 8, 2011 – Three multi-awarded top creative chiefs from the Philippines will fly to Phuket, Thailand in a few days to judge the Asia-Pacific ADFEST 2011.
BBDO Guerrero / Proximity Philippines Chairman & Chief Creative Officer and BBDO Asia Pacific Creative Council Head David Guerrero is jury president in Press Lotus and Poster Lotus. A fixture of the Campaign Brief Asia rankings and an ADFEST regular, Guerrero was South East Asia’s first Cannes Lions Jury President from South East Asia. He will lead the print juries, composed of Cheil Worldwide Seoul’s Alistair Wood, CC&E Guangzhou’s Da-ming Zheng, Lowe Indonesia’s Din Sumedi, Beacon Communications (K.K.) Tokyo’s Masato Mitsudera, Creative Juice Bangkok’s Prangthip Kung Praditpong and BBH Singapore’s Steve Elrick.
DM9 JaymeSyfu Executive Creative Director Eugene Demata joins the Outdoor Lotus jury headed by JWT China Chair Sheung Yan Lo. Demata has won in all major local, regional and international award shows and is in the Creative Guild of the Philippines’ Hall of Fame.
Ace Saatchi & Saatchi Executive Creative Director Andrew Petch will be a juror in Print Craft Lotus & Design Lotus, to be led by TBWA\TEQUILA Auckland’s Andy Blood. In Petch’s short time in Manila, he had turned Ace Saatchi & Saatchi into one of the Philippines’ winningest agencies in regional and international festivals.
ADFEST judging commences on March 13. ADFEST will be held on March 17 to 19 at the Movenpick Resort & Spa in Phuket.
