Last call for AdCongress22 early registration

PHILIPPINES – JUNE 16, 2011 – The final two weeks for early registration to AdCongress22 starts today. This also means these two weeks leading up to June 30, the last day of early registration, offer the last chance of availing the P15,500 special rate for regular AdCongress22 delegates and better chances to secure your first choice in accommodations in Camarines Sur.
AdCongress22’s online registration system is easy to use. Just log on to and click on Delegates Online Registration to start the process: fill out the form, submit payment details and choose your hotel.
“So far, the administration team is very happy with how the early registration is turning out,” says AdCongress22 administration committee chair Blen Fernando.
The first 2 weeks of online registration already received 411 delegates. Eighty-eight percent of these delegates completed the process fully online through credit card payments of the special discounted rate.
“There were some isolated birthing pains like people not knowing how to go about registering online,” shares Ruwel Loyola, head of administration registration.
“But this is expected of anything that is new. Our registration team is closely monitoring each and every transaction and has responded quickly to the questions and concerns of registrants.”
Implementing the online registration system is an initiative of AdCongress22 to professionalize registration and make the process more efficient for delegates. It is important to register as early as possible not only to take advantage of the P3,000 discount – which is available only until June 30 – but also to settle accommodations for the ad congress.
More than 20 hotels in Naga City are presented in the online registration system and are ready to welcome AdCongress22 delegates come November 16 to 19, 2011. But accommodations within and closest to the CamSur Watersports Complex (CWC) where AdCongress22 will be held are being taken up fast. Register now if you want to stay near the program and activities.
“To make the first ever online ad congress registration experience even more convenient and game-changing, we are preparing registration aids which we hope to be able to implement within the next two weeks,” Loyola says.
The AdCongress22 online registration system is changing the game for the delegate registration process through the combined efforts of the CamSur local government, which manages the system, and the AdCongress22 administration committee. It is high time to join up and be a game-changer.
Very soon, the online flight booking system to and from CamSur will be up and running in the online registration system. Official and paid delegates need only to access the official website to arrange everything for AdCongress22.
