Eric Cruz is a multi-award-winning creative leader, director, designer and educator who brings with him 20+ years of industry experience. He is a ‘hybrid creative’ – fusing design, film, moving image, digital media, music, art, technology, and innovation to bring a unique perspective to storytelling and design transformation in the connected age. A Filipino American, Eric was born in the Philippines and grew up in the US and Spain. His work has been recognized by the Tokyo ADC, Cannes Lions, ADC NY, One Show, D&AD, Spikes, AdFest, AdStars, The Webbys, The FWA, CSS Design Awards and the Japan Media Arts Festival.

Paolo Mercado

As the Senior Vice President for Marketing, Communication & Innovation at Nestle Philippines, Paolo Mercado is responsible for advertising, media, digital marketing, promotions, marketing intelligence, innovation, corporate communication, consumer services, and marketing competency development. Paolo is also the founder and president of the Creative Economy Council of the Philippines, a non-profit advocacy group dedicated to growing the economic value of Philippine Creativity.

David Porter

David is responsible for one of the largest media budgets in a diverse region spanning 14 time zones. He is responsible for driving the company’s innovation in Communications Channel Planning with a strong focus on Unilever’s development as a major force in digital marketing in the region. He joined Unilever in 2010 and has managed its media operations in multiple markets including APAC.

Anne Rayner leads a regional team of talented experts spanning Kantar's offer across all types of insights, as well as marketing. Speaking regularly at conferences and events, particularly on gender equality and diversity in companies and in their communications with their customers is a passion project. A five-year stint in Hong Kong gave her a lasting love of Asia and a taste for great Asian food which she indulges on every chance she gets!

Josy Paul

Josy started BBDO India in Mumbai from the backseat of his car in 2008. In 2016, he was named Creative Agency Head of The Year by the IAA (Indian Advertising Association). Campaign Magazine awarded him 'Creative Person of the Year for India and South Asia' in 2013, 2015 and 2016. He is ranked among the most influential people in Indian advertising – according to The Economic Times. Josy Paul was born during an earthquake and has a permanent tremor. He lives by the mantra, ``Think like the navy, deliver like the pirates.”
