Brillante Mendoza and Xander Angeles behind Ornusa Cadness PETA ad

Wearing nothing but body-painted tiger stripes, cover model Ornusa Cadness is baring for the rights of animals.  "It’s the Year (of) for the Tiger: Boycott Zoos", reads the ad for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) Asia.  The new campaign is on target for the Chinese New Year on February 14.

Cannes and Dubai Filmfests award-winner, Brillante Mendoza scraped some time off to design the set, while top photographer Xander Angeles shot the ad.

In celebration of the Year of the Tiger, Cadness and PETA Asia are encouraging people to treat tigers with respect by refusing to patronize zoos.

"What amounts to a few fleeting moments of ‘entertainment’ for zoo visitors results from a lifetime of misery for tigers and other animals," Li adds.
