Royal Caribbean is expanding the ways vacationers can experience Asia Pacific in 2028 with Voyager of the Seas. From October 2027 through April 2028, the fan-favourite ship will start a new season of 2- to 15-night vacations from Brisbane and Sydney, Australia; Singapore, and Hong Kong, visiting destinations across Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, China, Japan and South Korea. The multi-city seasonal rotation brings together short escapes and longer, destination-rich adventures across Asia Pacific, timed for Christmas holidays and Chinese New Year celebrations.
The new adventures are part of Royal Caribbean’s biggest Asia Pacific season yet, with Voyager kicking off from Brisbane and Sydney before heading north to Singapore and later homeporting in Hong Kong, making the ship a key part of a connected Asia Pacific lineup. The season also includes Navigator of the Seas sailing year-round from Singapore starting October 2026, the newly amplified Ovation of the Seas sailing from Brisbane and Anthem of the Seas sailing from Sydney. Plus, Spectrum of the Seas will sail from Shanghai and Hong Kong to destinations across Japan, South Korea and Vietnam, giving holidaymakers more ways than ever to explore Asia.

More ways to explore Asia on Voyager
Vacationers can choose from short getaways and longer adventures across Asia Pacific, including:
· From October to December 2027, Voyager will deliver memory-maxing holidays from Brisbane ranging from two to seven nights, including South Pacific sailings to Mystery Island, Port Vila; Luganville, Vanuatu; and Noumea, New Caledonia, before a 2-night coastal repositioning down to Sydney.
· Voyager of the Seas holidays from Sydney include a brand-new 10-night Christmas sailing across the majestic fjords and iconic landscapes of New Zealand visiting Picton, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin and the breathtaking Milford Sound.
· A 5-night getaway starts in Singapore and visits Ho Chi Minh City (Phuoc An), Vietnam, before arriving in Hong Kong, pairing two of Asia’s most dynamic cities with time to discover Vietnam’s vibrant dining culture.
· For Chinese New Year getaways from Hong Kong, 4- and 5-night vacations visit Ishigaki and Okinawa, Japan. Select holidays include an overnight stay in Okinawa, giving vacationers more time to take in the island’s turquoise waters, local flavours and distinct Ryukyu culture.
· For China and Southeast Asia discoveries, Hong Kong getaways visit Taipei (Keelung), Taiwan, where vacationers can explore the lively city known for its night markets and food scene. Guests can also visit Hue/Danang (Chan May), Vietnam, a gateway to ancient imperial heritage, coastal landscapes and central Vietnamese cuisine.
Adventures on Voyager of the Seas
Between every destination, Voyager brings together experiences designed for vacationers of all ages. Thrill-seekers can make waves on the FlowRider surf simulator, race down The Perfect Storm waterslides, take on the rock-climbing wall and go ice-skating at Studio B, the ship’s onboard ice-skating rink. Friends and families can test their putting skills at Voyager Dunes, the ship’s nine-hole mini-golf course, or face off in a glow-in-the-dark battle with Laser Tag: Battle for Planet Z. Younger vacationers have dedicated spaces and activities at Adventure Ocean, while teens can make their own memories at the teen-focused Living Room.
