MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Two Filipinos are making global headlines after earning top honors at the 22nd Annual International Business Awards (IBAs), the world’s premier recognition program for business excellence. Digital creator Abi Marquez and NYMA Chief Operating Officer Kat Bautista both secured historic wins, spotlighting Filipino creativity and leadership on the global stage.

The 2025 IBAs drew nominations from individuals and organizations in 78 countries and territories, underscoring the prestige of this recognition. Winners will be formally celebrated at a gala banquet on October 10 2025, at the Corinthia Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal.

Known worldwide as the “Lumpia Queen,” Abi Marquez clinched the Gold Stevie Award for Most Innovative Content Creator of the Year, a category introduced for the first time at this year’s IBAs.
