“I want to see work that comes from unique perspectives on how the world operates. Even when it comes to creative work on sustainability, we get the voices and perspectives of those far away from those issues. Different economic and social groups and creatives from these different groups will have their own challenges and interpretations of how to solve some of the biggest challenges we face today,” said Selonica Perumal, CEO of Shift Integrated, Sri Lanka. “For example, coming from a country and society that has seen decades of violence and is currently undergoing a severe economic crisis, and as a woman, I always try to see things differently. Similarly, it is these different voices, different viewpoints, and takes that are contrarian to accepted norms that I wish to see this year.”

Laura Maness, Global CEO of Grey Group, continued, “As we gather to celebrate innovation and excellence at the Gerety Awards, I’m eagerly anticipating groundbreaking initiatives, particularly those that harness creativity to solve real business problems and champion sustainable growth. The Gerety Earth Prize embodies the essence of impactful work that not only inspires but also transforms our world for the better. It’s an honor and privilege to be a part of the Grand Jury, and I look forward to celebrating work that raises the standard for positive change.”
