INNOCEAN’s Jung A Kim Wins Japan–Korea Creative Leader of the Year at Campaign Asia Awards

SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA – INNOCEAN announced on the 8th that its Global CEO and Chief Creative Officer (CCO), Jung A Kim, has been selected as the Japan–Korea Creative Leader of the Year at the 2025 Agency of the Year Awards, hosted by global advertising and marketing authority Campaign Asia. The award recognizes a single leader across Korea and Japan who has demonstrated outstanding creative leadership and elevated the standards of the industry.

INNOCEAN also secured the No.1 ranking as Korea’s Agency of the Year at the same ceremony, marking a milestone in which both the company and its leadership were acknowledged as being at the top of the industry across the Asia–Pacific region.

This year’s Creative Leader award highlights several of Kim’s notable achievements. Her work includes the groundbreaking Hyundai Motor Company branded film “Night Fishing”, which redefined the possibilities of branded content, as well as the senior-friendly CSR initiative “Life-Saving Bathhouse,” which improved safety and experience for elderly bathhouse users in Korea.

Kim was further recognized for expanding the boundaries of creativity within the organization, including establishing a unit that integrates technology and creativity, and advancing data-driven campaign solutions to enhance customer experience. She also led the founding of Studio abit, INNOCEAN’s entertainment subsidiary, which produces dramas, entertainment shows, and documentaries—demonstrating the agency’s expansion beyond advertising into the broader entertainment ecosystem.

INNOCEAN’s recognition as Korea’s Agency of the Year is also significant. The award evaluates not only creative output but also performance across brand experience, media innovation, digital transformation, business growth, organizational culture, and industry contribution. The honor follows INNOCEAN’s recent win as Agency of the Year at the ONE Asia Creative Awards, underscoring the company’s accelerating momentum on the global stage.

According to Campaign Asia, INNOCEAN delivered standout achievements across multiple areas, including experimentation beyond traditional advertising, data-driven business model innovation, organizational and talent development, social impact initiatives, and sustainable growth practices.

INNOCEAN has also been accelerating its transformation into a future-oriented brand experience company by building strategic partnerships with leading AI firms and expanding its AI-powered data ecosystem. In addition, the company’s broader contributions to the advertising and marketing industry—ranging from policy initiatives and community engagement to ESG-driven programs and sustainable creative guidelines—served as key factors reinforcing this year’s recognition.

“We are honored to receive international recognition for INNOCEAN’s achievements across all facets of our business,” said Jung A Kim. “We will continue to evolve beyond advertising and lead in designing brand experiences that resonate globally.”
