NEW YORK, USA — The One Club for Creativity has announced the shortlist for Next Creative Leaders (NCL) 2025, with fifteen young creatives from the Asia-Pacific region making the cut. They join a diverse pool of 120 entrants representing 30 countries in this global competition celebrating women and non-binary creatives shaping the future of the industry.
Now on its 10th year, NCL was launched in partnership with The 3% Movement as the industry’s only free global portfolio competition. It recognizes emerging creative leaders not only for their work but also for their unique perspectives and commitment to changing the industry for the better.

Entries were evaluated by a jury of 39 top creatives from 21 countries. Global winners will be announced on November 4, followed by recognition of regional winners in APAC, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East & Africa, and North America. A virtual winners celebration will take place on November 6, featuring discussions with judges and honorees.
NCL is open to copywriters, art directors, designers, ACDs, content creators, and newly promoted creative directors with less than a year in the role, as well as creative teams producing groundbreaking work. The competition emphasizes accessibility with no entry fee, ensuring a truly inclusive platform for emerging leaders.
Winners receive a complimentary one-year membership with The One Club, the chance to serve on award juries, tickets to professional development conferences, mentorship opportunities, and exposure across The One Club’s platforms and media partners.
The branding for NCL 2025 was designed by Du Nieto, NCL 2021 winner and lead designer at Revolut, with typography support from Margot Lévêque Studio.
