Tinta’s ‘print war’ will be arbitrated by some very big guns. Today, the country’s first print-only creative awards confirmed judging by three top Asia-based creatives: John Merrifield (Creative At Large, TBWAAsia Pacific), Tay Guan Hin (JWT Asia) and Thirasak Tanapatanakul (Creative JuiceG1 Bangkok).
With multiple Clios, Lions, D&AD Pencils, Spikes and every imaginable top creative ranking between them, the three can be counted on to apply stringent international standards to the country’s top print work from last year.
They join an intimidating selection of local creative talent: Raul Castro (McCann Worldgroup), Dave Ferrer (JWT Philippines), David Guerrero (BBDO Guerrero), Merlee Jayme (DM9 Jayme/Syfu), Melvin Mangada (TBWASantiago Mangada Puno), Raoul Panes (Leo Burnett Philippines) and Leigh Reyes (Y&R Philippines).
