ADFEST 2012 print campaign fast-forwards Asia’s most famous ECDs

ASIA-PACIFIC – THAILAND, MARCH 6, 2012: Six of Asia’s most awarded and most well-known executive creative directors have been literally fast-forwarded in a print campaign by WANTED Malaysia to promote ADFEST 2012.

Ted Lim, founder of the consultancy agency, put the heads of Akira Kagami (Dentsu Inc., Japan), Guy Thirasak (Creative JuiceBangkok, Thailand), Lo Sheung Yan (JWT North East Asia, China), Piyush Pandey (India), Jureeporn Thaidumrong (nudeJEH Bangkok, Thailand), and David Guerrero (BBDO Guerrero, Philippines) onto the bodies of babies eating and playing (or throwing a tantrum).

“The theme for ADFEST 2012 is ‘Fast Forward’, which is apt in this age of instant gratification. Everyone is in a hurry. Young art directors and copywriters aspire to be ECDs overnight. They want to learn more quickly, fast-forward their careers, and realize their dreams instantly,” said Lim about the concept of the campaign. “It’s a simple idea, not rocket science. But I hope it gets your attention,” he added.
