BBDO/Proximity restructures creative leadership in Greater China

ASIA – PACIFIC – CHINA, FEBRUARY 6, 2013 – BBDO/Proximity is further strengthening its creative leadership team in China with the relocation of current executive creative director Arthur Tsang and Vincent Pang to new, expanded positions within Greater China.

 
Tsang has been appointed ECD for BBDO/Proximity Beijing, where he will lead the creative work on brands including Mars, Mercedes-Benz, HP, Blackberry and Haier. He moves from Hong Kong where he was ECD for BBDO/Proximity South China. During his time in Hong Kong, he was responsible for a number of high profile campaigns including the award-winning Wrigley’s Extra campaign, ‘Extra Flavours of Life’.
 
Following Tsang’s move, Pang has been appointed ECD for BBDO/Proximity South China. He was most recently ECD of BBDO Shanghai. He is an award-winning creative leader and has worked at McCann Erickson, Y&R and Saatchi & Saatchi.
 
Commenting on the appointments Carol Potter, president and CEO, BBDO/Proximity Greater China said: “Arthur and Vincent have been instrumental in delivering award-winning creative work for our clients over the past year. I look forward to them continuing to create fantastic and innovative work in their new offices.”
 
Both Tsang and Pang will continue to report to Leong Wai Foong, ECD, Greater China BBDO/Proximity.
