MANILA, OCTOBER 24, 2012 – The Philippines’ historical connection with other countries has greatly contributed to the modern Filipino culture. And to bring Filipinos back to that connection, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce along with Ayala Museum, supported by the Spanish and Mexican Embassy, presents CONECTADOS, a cultural event which will run from November 8-12, 2012.
The event will consist of a laser performance in Ayala Museum’s wall; photography projections on several buildings for five days; a pictorial exhibition at Ayala Museum and a tribute dinner to the three nations. All the artists participating in the Conectados have all been meticulously selected by the artistic team.
The historical connection between the Philippines, Spain and Mexico has never been presented in this manner.
