Defunct Swedish agency founder leads Digital Asia Festival jury

ASIA-PACIFIC, CHINA – OCTOBER 8, 2012 -Matias Palm-Jensen, European chief innovation officer at McCann Erickson, will lead the jury for the Digital Agency Festival 2012. 
 
Palm-Jensen joined McCann Erickson in May 2011 taking on the task for ensuring the agency and its clients are on top of the digital scene. Prior to McCann, he was the chief executive officer of Swedish digital agency Farfar until 2010. Palm-Jensen co-founded Farfar in 2000 with Anders Gustavsson, Per Nasholm and Nicke Bergstrom. He was the last of four to leave the award-winning agency (eight Lions in 2010 for Nokia’s "The world’s biggest signpost" campaign, his last) after Aegis acquired it in 2005. Farfar closed shop in 2010.

Palm-Jensen and the rest of the juries will be overseeing more than 600 entries from 14 countries for the 2012 awards. The Digital Asia Festival 2012 will take place on November 7-8 at the Millennium Hotel in Beijing, China.
