Digital Asia Festival-Digital Media Awards decodes disruption

ASIA-PACIFIC – CHINA, OCTOBER 5, 2012 – After Spikes Asia, Asian digital marketers still have one more awards show to look forward to this year – the Digital Asia Festival-Digital Media Awards (DMA).

The newly-launched festival, which is held on November 7-8, 2012 at the Grand Millenium, Beijing China, incorporates the well-established DMA where Asia’s digital marketers can learn, network with fellow marketers and celebrate all that this new media industry has to offer.

Now on its sixth year, the awards continue to showcase and honor the expanding digital media and entertainment industries, allowing clients, agencies and media owners the chance to display their digital offering.

The Annual Awards receive over 800 entries and are judged by an independent jury consisting of leading client marketers, digital media practitioners, agency strategists and other experts in the digital field.

This year, the Philippines is represented by two jury members: Megamobile and incumbent president for the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP) Jose Manuel Fernando and Lowe + Partners president Leigh Reyes.

Organized by Lions Festivals and Haymarket Media Asia, the Digital Asia Festival presents a compelling lineup of seminars, digital showcases, networking and awards and offers a great platform for brands and the online community to reach into new media and markets.
