Euro RSCG is now Havas Worldwide

GLOBAL, SEPTEMBER 24, 2012 – Havas has dropped the Euro RSCG brand, pooling its network of agencies under the name Havas Worldwide.
 
The new name is part of its rebranding operation aiming to “underline a simpler and more transparent corporate structure and a unified culture”.
 
Havas Global CEO David Jones said, “We’re once again pioneers through the integration of creative, media and digital aiming to maximize collaboration and offer our clients a powerful combination of creative excellence, scale agility and innovation. We are the only communications group with a unibrand structure and approach which makes life easier for our clients.”
 
Havas Media and Havas Creative, including Havas Worldwide and the Arnold Worldwide micronetwork, now make up the Havas Group. As of today, all Euro RSCG’s 316 offices in 75 countries are renamed Havas Worlwide. The Euro RSCG 4D network will become Havas Worldwide Digital, Euro RSCG Life will be Havas Life and Euro RSCG Worldwide PR will now be Havas PR. The rebrand will not create any changes in leadership.
 
Havas Digital Group, a new umbrella brand, is also launched to reflect Havas’ commitment to digital.
