Winnie Chen-Head has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer for WPP Malaysia.

Chen-Head, who officially started on 6th May, is a transformative media and marketing leader with over 24 years of experience across e-commerce, aviation, telecommunications, tech start-ups, and media agencies. She brings deep expertise in strategy, operations and capability development, with a strong focus on people, innovation, and business outcome-driven media. Known for turning bold vision into measurable impact, Chen-Head has consistently driven growth and helped brands and marketers rethink the role of media through integrated, future-ready strategies that deliver lasting business results.
Previously, Winnie has held leadership positions at Omnicom and Dentsu as well as serving as Head of Product, Strategy & Innovation at WPP Media agency brand Mindshare.
