MANILA – January 2, 2013 – GMA Network has appointed Lilybeth G. Rasonable as its senior vice president to oversee the daily operations of the network’s entire entertainment group.
According to an article on GMA News Online, Rasonable has been part of GMA Network since 1998, serving as program manager, assistant vice president, and vice president for drama for the entertainment group.
In her latest position, Rasonable was tasked with supervising the group’s programming initiatives, the article said. She played a key role in the creation of TV series such as Mulawin, Encantadia, Darna, Majika, Captain Barbell, Marimar, Dyesebel, Amaya, Munting Heredera, and My Husband’s Lover–some of which have turned out to be the network’s biggest hits.
"Given her vast experience with the company and the entertainment industry, we trust that she can effectively lead the different departments under her supervision," GMA Network chairman and CEO Felipe L. Gozon said in the article. "She has our full support as she enters this new chapter in her career."
