NY Festivals entry deadline extended until February 27

GLOBAL – NEW YORK, FEBRUARY 2012: New York Festivals International Advertising Awards, honoring the World’s Best Advertising™, extended their Call for Entry deadline until February 27th.  This recent deadline extension allows entrants more time to prepare their entries and to avoid Rush Fees by submitting their best work before February 14th.

All 2012 NYF International Advertising Awards entries will be judged by the NYF online Grand Jury, comprised of 350 International Creative Directors, making it the most diverse jury of any advertising competition in the world. The Grand Jury will select the ads that earn a place on the shortlist from the first two rounds of judging.  The Executive Jury, an elite dream team of prominent Worldwide Creative Officers, will convene in New York City April 28th through May 1st, to select the World’s Best Advertising™from the shortlist across all mediums. 
 
New York Festivals International Advertising Awards will play host to attendees from around the globe, including award winners, industry professionals, international press, and the 2012 Executive and Grand Jury at a 2-day festival.   The festival will feature creative panel discussions, keynote speakers, seminars, networking events, and the 2012 Executive Jury Press Conference.  The festival culminates with an awards presentation and gala on May 3rd at the iconic New York Public Library Stephen A. SchwarzmanBuilding, located at Fifth Avenue and 42nd Street.

New York Festivals International Advertising Awards receives entries from 70 countries, recognizing work in all media in the following competitions:  Art/Technique + Technology, Avant-Garde, Collateral, Commercials, Design, Interactive, Hispanic USA Advertising, Integrated Mixed Media, Marketing Effectiveness, New Commercial Director of the Year, Outdoor/Out of Home, Print, Public Relations/Brand Communications, Public Service Announcements, and Student.
