SINGAPORE – Affordable Art Fair Singapore is set to return to the F1 Pit Building from 13–16 November 2025 with a fresh focus on regional expansion, community-driven art, and a vibrant lineup of 95 galleries – the Fair’s largest participation since 2019.
This year’s edition follows the success of a strong showing in 2024, which welcomed 22,000 visitors and achieved record-breaking art sales of S$5.3 million.

While the global art market faces ongoing shifts, Affordable Art Fair Singapore has continued to grow steadily, expanding in scale this year while staying true to accessibility, quality, and sustainability. In 2024, nearly one quarter of visitors (24%) purchased art at the Fair, with 6% making their very first art purchase. With close to half of the audience (46%) being first-time visitors, it is a sign of the Fair’s ever-growing appeal and its role in nurturing new collectors.
A Year of Growth and Regional Reconnection
With 95 galleries participating this year (up from 83 in 2024), Affordable Art Fair Singapore marks its largest showing since the pandemic. The increase is a natural progression for the Fair, which had intentionally capped participation in recent years to support healthy sales for exhibitors, and help them build thriving, sustainable businesses.
Following several strong editions, the Fair is broadening its reach by welcoming more regional galleries and presenting 180 Southeast Asian artists (an increase of 24% over the past three years). At a time when Singapore’s role as a regional hub is in the spotlight, the Fair offers a different perspective, keeping the focus on community, discovery, and making art accessible for all.
Shining a Light on Southeast Asia: Ubah Rumah Art Residency Showcase

This year, the Fair proudly presents the Ubah Rumah Residency, a special project shining a light on emerging Southeast Asian artists. Rooted in ideas of ecology, care, and hospitality, the residency draws inspiration from the nomadic culture of the Orang Laut and the shared maritime history of the Singapore–Malaysia–Riau region. Its name, Ubah Rumah, or “home of change,” reflects its ethos: exploring what it means to host, adapt, and create in a shifting world.
The residency is presented in partnership with Nikoi Island, whose ongoing support helps sustain the long-term growth of the programme and its artists.

The showcase at Affordable Art Fair features six visual artists and a collaborative video work selected from the residency programme that captures artistic responses to place, identity, and community. The residency is co-founded by Ernest Gohand Alecia Neo, who is the inaugural winner of Affordable Art Fair’s Young Talent Programme, which ran from 2012 to 2019 in Singapore.
The initiative builds on the Fair’s long-standing role in championing Southeast Asian voices. One artist will also be selected for a solo show at Blueprint Art Space in 2026, offering them development in their practice.
The exhibiting artists are:
- Visual artists: Djuwadi Ahwal (Indonesia), Lusiano Limono (Indonesia), Ireen Tan (Malaysia), Florence Cinco (Philippines), Ricky Yeo (Singapore), Wendy Zhang (Singapore)
- Performance artists: Yeo Lyle & Thain Siew Kim (Malaysia, Tunggu Makan, 2022)
Celebrating SG60 Through Art And Identity

This year’s edition also aligns with SG60, highlighting Singapore’s cultural identity through curated projects and showcasing 101 Singaporean artists (a 23% increase over the past three years). The Fair will cast a spotlight on how art reflects national identity, heritage, and community, reminding visitors that art can be both meaningful and accessible, not only for museums or mansions, but for every home.
Visitors can expect works that speak to personal memory and place, especially from local artists who explore themes of multiculturalism, family history, and a local’s everyday experience.
Beyond the Galleries
This year’s Fair will also feature an evolved Children’s Art Studio, offering creative activities for little ones, along with hands-on art workshops for adults at The Workshop. Visitors can also enjoy a refreshed culinary experience with local flavours, explore the curated #SPOTLIGHT exhibition, and encounter Special Projects across the Fair.
In addition, Affordable Art Fair Singapore will once again partner with Caregiving Welfare Association (CWA) as its Charity Partner. CWA will have a dedicated space at the Fair to run activities and workshops, with proceeds going towards supporting their work with caregivers and seniors, as well as special access for CWA beneficiaries to experience the Fair.
