The 2022 Workbean Employer Brand Awards opens call for entries for the strongest workplace cultures

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Award-winning HR tech start-up Workbean announced that it is now accepting entries for the 2022 Workbean Employer Brand Awards.

Workbean holds its annual Employer Brand Awards to celebrate companies with the strongest workplace cultures, honoring companies that have demonstrated utmost care and concern for their employees and have been able to keep aspiring candidates’ eyes glued to their company culture and eager for more. Now on its third year, the 2022 Workbean Employer Brand Awards continues to recognize the top companies under four major categories.

  • Most Attractive Employer for the top three companies on Workbean with the highest Employer Brand Health Scores;
  • Breakthrough Employer for the top-performing late joiner on Workbean with the highest Employer Brand Health Score;
  • Dream Employer of the Year for the company with the most exemplary work culture and commendable employer brand; and
  • Workplace Health Advocate for the company that makes health and well-being a true organizational priority.

The Most Attractive Employer and Breakthrough Employer awards remain open only to companies on Workbean. Scores are computed based on the companies’ Employer Brand Health, taking 2022 culture page traffic and social media engagement into the equation. On the other hand, the Dream Employer of the Year and Workplace Health Advocate awards are open to all companies based or with operations in the Philippines. Entry submissions will be assessed through four phases: entry submission review, internal validations and research, judging, and online voting. The latter phases will account for 70% and 30% of the total score, respectively.
