SINGAPORE – Havas has announced the formation of a joint venture between HAVAS Red and H/Advisors in Singapore. This strategic collaboration aims to deliver a world class offering, combining corporate communications, public relations, social, experiential and content capabilities to clients across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
The partnership enhances Havas’ footprint in the region, reflecting its commitment to deepening its service offerings and reinforcing its “One Asia” growth strategy. The newly unified presence will empower clients with seamless access to strategic counsel and creative execution, driven by a unified vision and a borderless network of experts.
HAVAS Red, formerly known as Red HAVAS, is the global public relations micronetwork of Havas N.V., currently operating in 21 markets worldwide. Recognized by PRovoke Media as both Global and EMEA Midsize Agency of the Year in 2024, HAVAS Red supports a diverse client base including Toyota, Lexus, adidas, Booking.com, UNICEF and Tourism Tasmania. Its unique Merged Media Model integrates traditional and digital publishing, content creation, social media and data driven storytelling under one agile structure.
H/Advisors, the strategic advisory arm within Havas N.V., has similarly seen rapid expansion, evolving into a dynamic global network of 1,500 specialists across 21 markets. Mark Worthington, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Singapore-based H/Advisors Klareco, will assume an additional role as Managing Director of HAVAS Red Singapore. Under his leadership, the HAVAS Red Singapore team will incorporate H/Advisors Klareco’s brand PR unit, allowing for a more robust and integrated service offering. Worthington will continue to lead H/Advisors Klareco alongside Co-Founder and CEO Ang Shih Huei.
Kenny Yap, who has led HAVAS Red Singapore since 2017, was appointed CEO of HAVAS Play Singapore earlier this year. Yap will maintain his involvement with existing clients in his new capacity.
