MADRID, SPAIN – Havas, one of the world’s largest global communications groups, has announced the acquisition of Tidart, a leading independent digital performance and e-commerce agency based in Spain. This move further reinforces Havas’ position as a global leader in performance marketing and e-commerce, while accelerating its strategic growth in Spain – an increasingly important market for the Group.

The integration of Tidart into Havas Market, the Havas Media Network’s global e-commerce proposition, marks a significant expansion of the network’s capabilities in digital performance. The acquisition is set to enhance Havas’ ability to deliver value driven, data-centric solutions across the entire conversion funnel.
Tidart will retain its brand identity and operational autonomy, ensuring continuity in the delivery of its high performance model that has earned the agency a reputation for excellence in the Spanish and broader European digital markets. The agency comprised of more than 40 professionals, will relocate to Havas Village Madrid, joining a wider network of experts under the Havas umbrella.
