Her portfolio spans trailblazing campaigns and global accolades, including metals from Cannes Lions, D&AD, The Clios, Kidlat, and the Boomerangs. Her creative leadership honed in top agencies across the Philippines and the United States has always been guided by one key principle: authenticity.

Dela Rosa, the Philippines’ 4As AOY Next Gen Accounts awardee in 2023, brings a similarly rich perspective, having worked across both agency and client sides including brands like Coca-Cola. Most recently, she served as Client Services Director at Publicis Manila, where she led teams and campaigns that elevated brand performance through purposeful storytelling.
