BBDO India and Mercedes-Benz turn dreams into motion with ‘Dream Days’

INDIA – Mercedes Benz India, in collaboration with Team X, part of BBDO India, has launched its latest festive campaign, “Dream Days” an evocative ode to India’s dreamers. Anchored on the insight that “a dream is never too far away,” the campaign celebrates the nation’s aspirations, capturing the starry-eyed optimism that drives progress and possibility.

At its core, “Dream Days” positions Mercedes-Benz not just as a luxury marque, but as a symbol of ambition and imagination. “There’s a kind of electricity to dreams; the way people aspire, hope, and imagine their future,” BBDO India Chairman and CCO Josy Paul said. “We tapped into that feeling by placing the iconic Mercedes-Benz steering wheel directly in the hands of readers. An innovative front-page idea – to engage and connect with millions of dreamers across the country… to feel the future turn in their palms. A test drive before the test drive.”

That innovative print execution, run in a leading national newspaper, transformed the front page into an immersive experience by placing the Mercedes-Benz steering wheel in readers’ hands. This bold creative act transformed passive media into an interactive invitation, seamlessly bringing the brand promise to life.
