Aegis brings The Christmas Bonus Concert together with Jose Mari Chan, Manila String Machine, and SB19’s Felip

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Filipino music icon AEGIS is set to conquer the big stage with a Christmas-themed concert happening at the Theatre at Solaire in Parañaque City on December 20 at 8:00 pm.

Dubbed “AEGIS: The Christmas Bonus Concert,” the year-end celebration aims to showcase the career-spanning legacy of the powerhouse band and its signature anthems that touched many people’s lives on a personal level.

P-Pop soloist FELIP, who recently released a cover of “Moving Closer” as part of Warner Music Philippines’ 30th Anniversary celebration, will also be performing at the concert. When asked about the current generation of artists that they admire, the power ballad band mentioned SB19 as the artist whose journey they relate the most. They even gamely danced to the P-Pop group’s hit single “Gento” in one of their TikTok posts.

Known for his beloved classics and Christmas-themed repertoire, the recording superstar and business mogul will be performing a set that will light up the evening.

To make things even more special, The Manila String Machine will transform into a 15-piece orchestra to accompany AEGIS in some of their songs. Adding a amore intricate take on the best-selling pop group’s rock-flavored, ballad-heavy catalog, The Manila String Machine is set to capture the spirit of the holidays with an AEGIS collaboration that every music fan shouldn’t miss.
