Pizza Hut Singapore Turns 30

SINGAPORE, April 18, 2011 – Established 1981 in Singapore, Pizza Hut is now celebrating their 30th anniversary with the help of JWT Singapore. In line with this, an integrated campaign was launched last April 14, 2011 around the idea of ‘change.’ Change, because Pizza Hut has established itself a top-of-mind for quality pizzas over the past 30 years, and it was necessary to create a huge impact in the minds of consumers that Pizza Hut can now be associated with a greater variety of food.

The launch includes TV, press, outdoor and digital banners which will run for three months until June 2011.

The two TVC’s demonstrates a cheeky and unexpected side of the changes taking place in Pizza Hut. A revamped dine-in menu was introduced last April 11, 2011, beyond the chain’s pizza and pasta offerings they now have new appetizers such as Cheesy Mushrooms and Bruschetta with Tomatoes. A new Western Favourites category including Hut’s Chicken Steak and Beefy Delight Wrap and new drinks and desserts like the pizza-based Choco-Berry Banana.

Last 2009, Pizza Hut first expanded its menu by introducing a very successful range of pastas. The new menu options are the chain’s next step in continuing to offer more choices for its consumers to make Pizza Hut top-of-mind for any casual dining occasion.

In tandem with the menu, Pizza Hut Singapore will be revamping their website, giving it a fresh look to enhance user experience as well as introduce new uniform design for its staff.
