Each visual was hand-drawn, directly on-site. No file. No print. Just a blank poster, a fat red marker, 73 locations, and an unlikely duo:

  • A KFC team member trained in both cooking and illustration
  • A JCDecaux technician coordinating logistics and execution

The result: a series of unique creations – just like KFC’s Tenders.
