Manulife champions genuine care in new ‘M Knows Better’ campaign featuring the Heussaff family

MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Manulife Philippines recently launched its latest brand campaign, M Knows Better, headlined by celebrity couple Anne Curtis and Erwan Heussaff, alongside their daughter Dahlia. The digital film, crafted in a light-hearted mockumentary format introduces audiences to “M,” a well-meaning, overly prepared family friend who embodies the lengths Manulife is willing to go to care for Filipino families.

The campaign underscores the brand’s deep commitment to helping Filipinos plan and prepare for life’s uncertainties with the care of a trusted friend. In the film, “M” is seen stepping into exaggerated scenarios – calling an ambulance for a mild cold, extinguishing a kitchen fire in dramatic fashion and even coaching young Dahlia for a prima ballerina debut. While “M” may come across as comically excessive, her actions reveal a deeper message: caring means anticipating needs before they arise, and doing everything possible to safeguard the ones we love.
