Renault Twingo E-Tech Electric: The little big car

In 1992, Renault Twingo revolutionized the A-segment with a bold new concept: the mini-MPV. Compact on the outside, yet surprisingly spacious on the inside.

In 2026, Twingo makes its comeback, reinterpreting the principle that made the first generation such a success.

To announce this return, Renault unveils a playful and surprising film, “The Little Big Car”, created by Publicis Conseil and directed by Georgia Hudson (COLORS).

The city becomes a true visual playground. Perspective tricks, optical illusions and scale shifts challenge our perception: against the vastness of the urban landscape, Twingo appears tiny, until a change of viewpoint reveals everything it can hold.

A simple yet striking way to express Twingo’s promise: in the city, it goes everywhere; on board, it fits everything.

The film is set to “Give a Little Bit” by Roger Hodgson, an iconic and generous track whose lyrics naturally echo the Twingo spirit: giving a little to offer a lot.

Twingo E-tech electric: Made to think big

At just 3.79 meters long, it stands out with outstanding interior space and versatility for its segment: five doors, independent sliding rear seats, a foldable front passenger seatback and up to 360 liters of boot capacity, with loading lengths of up to 2 meters.

Everything is designed to adapt effortlessly to everyday needs.

100% electric, Twingo combines silence, zero-emission driving and advanced technologies, including the OpenR Link multimedia system with Google built-in, as well as driver assistance systems from higher segments.

The Renault Twingo E‑Tech Electric is available from €13,750, after a €5,740 “coup de pouce” incentive, for the Evolution version.

Arnaud Belloni, Global Chief Marketing Officer, Renault, said: “Since 1992, Twingo has embodied a simple yet powerful idea: a compact car on the outside, surprisingly spacious on the inside. With this film, we wanted to bring that promise to life with a pop lens and a real breath of fresh air. It is the very essence of Twingo: a true little big car.”
