Save the Children Philippines and Seven A.D. champion children’s rights

MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Save the Children Philippines has teamed up with independent creative agency Seven A.D. to create a campaign to spark conversations on children’s rights and protection.

The partnership introduces two powerful storytelling approaches that utilizes popular formats on social media: a makeup-themed tutorial and a live-selling–style video. Both slowly reveal real and urgent rights issues with alarming statistics specifically on violence against children and adolescent pregnancies.

“Seven A.D. approached this campaign with a sharp honesty that helped us show where children are and the painful situations many of them endure. These realities are difficult to face, but they should push all of us to act. I hope people who watch these videos take time to learn, speak up, and support efforts that keep every child protected,” Save the Children Philippines Chief Executive Officer Atty. Alberto Muyot said.

Save the Children works with government agencies and partners to keep children safe from physical, emotional, and gender-based violence, including online sexual abuse and exploitation. In many communities, children and families also join learning sessions on children’s rights, reproductive health, and gender equality.

These efforts help protect children by giving young people clear, age-appropriate information, and creating spaces where they can speak up and make informed choices.
