Vince Lui as XM Asia Pacific’s new regional director

ASIA-PACIFIC – SINGAPORE, SEPTEMBER 3, 2013 — XM Asia Pacific has promoted its managing director Vince Lui to the newly created role of regional director of XM Asia Pacific’s Consulting Group. Lui is tasked to drive the momentum of this fast-expanding part of the agency’s core business offering.

The appointment strengthens XM Asia’s commitment to be a leader in digital business transformation by designing and building digital solutions and platforms that enable its clients and their agencies to deliver optimized digital experiences.

In his new role, Lui will continue to extend XM’s consulting services across the region, deepen strategic digital marketing and multi-channels commerce solutions partnerships, and pursue new acquisitions and new businesses for the consulting unit.

Over the last 6 years, XM Asia has strategically built up its customer experience consulting practice, offering clients tangible, data-driven insight into how to develop or improve their digital presence to better engage consumers. A year ago, XM invested in setting up a Consumer Experience Lab – a research facility that brings eye-tracking technology to its usability design and validation practice.

XM Asia CEO Paul Soon said: “The consulting unit is a critical part of our business, and I look forward to working closely with Vince to extend those services to new markets, new partners and new clients.”
