Over the past 18 months we have had a great run in new business and many of our clients are becoming more ambitious in China. To help them succeed, we have made it our mission to produce world-class work out of Shanghai. This creative lineup offers the mix of talent and vision that will make that possible. I am especially glad that Danny Higgins will join us and share the experience that he has acquired over decades spent in the world’s top agencies. Great creative also attracts world class talent and raises the bar in everything we do. We are putting in place talent across all levels to address the growing role Shanghai is playing in the world. With these creative moves we are not aiming for leadership in China alone. But global creative leadership that is the envy of the world."
