FM radio station aims for more fun with new programs

THE PHILIPPINES, MARCH 27, 2012: ABS-CBN network’s FM radio station Tambayan 101.9 aims for more fun in their new set of programs from morning to evening.
 
From 5am to 9am, former Pinoy Big Brother Casey will join DJ Charlie as a the new female DJ in presenting and discussing various such as love, family issues, work, and the like for the listeners and two callers will be put on-air to banter with the DJs and share their thoughts. Different topics are discussed: love, family issues, work, and more. 
 
The fun continues with the wacky duo of DJ Arnold Rei and DJ Jasmin, who have teamed up to present inspiring stories that will uplift the listeners from 9 am to 11 am. 
 
DJ Jasmin goes solo from 11 am to 1 pm with her popular and award-winning love advice program, “Dear Jasmin.” Following her is DJ Raki, who will play more music from 1 pm to 3 pm as listeners ease into their afternoon. 
 
The tandem of DJ Bea and DJ Ronald Duck will be on hand from 3 pm to 6 pm to share their thoughts about the lives of ordinary people. 
Fans of the zany duo of DJ Martin D and DJ Chinaheart can expect more antics as they welcome a new addition to their program: Fiols, who will surely delight listeners with his witty one-liners. 
 
DJ Chacha, the queen of “mwah-mwah, tsup-tsup” will still be heard from 9 pm to 1 am and she will continue to accommodate callers who wish to ask for her advice or simply chat on-air. Meanwhile, Carlo Santino will keep company those who are still up from 1 am to 5 am, including those abroad in different time zones – they can go on-air to greet their loved ones and also dedicate a song for them. 
 
Even weekends are more fun in Tambayan, with the special programs lined up for listeners. Every Saturday, DJ Charlie continues to play matchmaker in the dating game Usapang Tambayan; Arnold Rei dishes out the songs that made it to the Tambayan Top 10 from 12 nn to 1 pm; singer wannabes get a chance to showcase their skills in “Tambayer, Kanta Tayo!” from 4 to 5 pm hosted by Ronald Duck; Martin D features unsigned bands in Break Mo ‘To from 5 to 6 pm; while DJ Chacha searches for the next great DJ from 9 to 11 pm. Meanwhile, it’s all about “oldies but goodies” kind of music every Sunday. A highlight is DJ Bea’s program, "Playlist Mo, Play Ko," wherein listeners can dictate the playlist and share the story behind their choice of songs.
