MANILA – October 29, 2013 – International jewelry brand, Jewelmer Joaillerie, hosted its annual gala night and unveiled its Spring/Summer Collection for the year 2014 at the NBC Tent, Bonifacio Global City last October 15.

Havas Media Ortega (HVMO), the digital AOR for Jewelmer, supported Jewelmer’s gala night and the brand was able to reach its global market as the event was streamed live and broadcasted over Twitter and Instagram, HVMO said in a press release.

Through the HVMO command center, thousands of people all over the globe were allowed a glimpse of the collections through photos and videos as the gala was happening.

This event generated an estimated three million Twitter impressions for the night, which was a 650 percent increase from last year’s event. Over 700 Instagram photos were also posted on the Internet that allowed people to witness the brand’s new collection, HVMO said.

The event featured designs from top Filipino fashion designers such as Ivarluski Aseron, Rhett Eala, JC Buendia, Patrice Ramos-Diaz, Randy Ortiz, Jojie Lloren, Francis Libiran, Jun Escario and Albert Andrada. Their designs were all inspired by Jewelmer’s collection that highlights the precious golden South Sea pearls found only in the Philippines.

These rare pearls are “created solely by nature and are cultivated in Palawan, Philippines”, according to Jacques Christophe Branellec, Director of Jewelmer.

Commenting on the partnership, Kankan Ramos-Lim, Executive Director of HVMO said, “We are honored to be a partner of Jewelmer as it creates shared value for the global community by showcasing the best of Filipino talent and craftsmanship. As always, the Jewelmer Gala presented the best of Philippine fashion with collections from top Filipino designers to the finest Golden South Sea pearls.”

An advocate of environmental protection and ecological sustainability, Jewelmer is committed in developing awareness campaigns to educate their workers on the importance of maintaining a balance with nature and protecting the environment for future generations.
