Lowe Philippines celebrates 35th year with new quiz app

MANILA, September 6, 2013 – Lowe Philippines, one of the top creative agencies in the country, turned 35 today, and they’ve launched a new app to celebrate.
 
The Jingle Quiz app rides the nostalgia trend and takes throwback to a whole new level with its 8-bit design and 8-track music. To play, users must correctly guess classic Filipino jingles.
 
The app is still in the beta stage, but is already available on Google Play.

Lowe Philippines was established in 1978, and was initially called C.A Lintas. Led by former chairman Francis Trillana, the agency grew to join the top ten creative agencies in the country.
 
Classic TVCs such as Close Up’s "Closer You and I" ad, Fita’s "Fairy" ad, and Ovaltine’s "Ovaltine Power" ad are among Lowe’s more recognizable works. The agency is also behind the award-winning Selecta Cornetto "Bente" campaign, which popularized the tagline "Hanggang saan aabot ang bente pesos mo?" (how far will your 20 pesos go?).
 
Today, Lowe operates under the leadership of president and chief creative officer Leigh Reyes.
