MANILA, AUGUST 7, 2013 – The Porsche Design Group has opened its second franchise store yesterday August 6, in Shangri-La Plaza Mall, Mandaluyong, showcasing the iconic essence of Porsche Design luxury brand fashion collection for ladies and men. The new store is in partnership with Adrenaline International Concepts Inc., who currently operates a Porsche Design Store in Resort World, Newport.
The newly opened 90 square meter store has a characteristically light and fresh design feel that underscores the lifestyle of the luxury brand and enables it to be experienced on a day-to-day level. The store has a complete product portfolio of the Porsche Design luxury brand, ranging from fashion collection and the sport collection for men and women, through luggage, eyewear, watches and writing tools, to cell phones, jewelry and classic accessories.
“The Asian Market is very important for our brand,” said Juergen Gessler, Porsche Design Group CEO. “With the new store in the Philippines, we are now present in 21 locations in Asia. And there will come even more shops within the next months. We are really looking forward to intensifying our business in this region as Asia is still one of the fastest growing markets for luxury products.”
The first Porsche Design Store opened December 2010 and the brand has a continuous positive response from the consumers. According to Hans Yao, Adrenaline Group of Companies president, 40% of their customers in the Newport store are foreigners, mostly Chinese and Korean tourists, but recently they have seen Filipinos are buying the products. Young businessmen now understand the concept behind Porsche Design.
Hans told adobo Magazine: “We are confident that we can grow the market with our second store in Shangri-La. We are very optimistic that we can attract a new group of customers.”
Recently, Porsche Design launched the VIP program wherein loyal customers will receive regular updates on the latest Porsche products, collections, discounts and many more.
