New York – Honoring the “World’s Best Work”, the New York Festivals Television & Film Awards 2010 finalists include the Philippines’ ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, GMA Network Inc. and Unico Entertainment.
The GRANDJURY™ is comprised of award winning television and film professionals, selected finalists from twenty-nine countries around the globe. All finalists are currently on the second round of judging, under a different criteria, to determine the winners of the prestigious Grand Trophy Award, as well as Gold, Silver, and Bronze medalists.
ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation finalist entries are “Boto Mo, IPatrol Mo: Ako ang Simula” and “Pagpag” (Leftovers); while GMA Network has “News on Q”, “Case Unclosed” and “Planet Philippines”.
A Unitel Productions Inc. company, Unico Entertainment is a finalist for its first feature film, “The Last Journey of Ninoy”, a movie megged by veteran TV commercial director Jun Reyes.

The New York Festivals International Television & Film Awards will host its 2010 awards ceremony on May 3, at Penthouse Lobby of the American Airlines Theatre.
