Bite wins contract with AIA China

BEIJING – September 27 2013 – Bite has been appointed by life insurance expert AIA China as consultant services agency. 
 
This will be achieved through an integrated program which harnesses the power of social, PR and strategic sponsorships, Bite said in a press release. 
 
"At present, social media marketing has been an influential ways to promote brand value for companies. It also plays an important role in helping with discovery and manage of crisis in time," Bite said.
 
AIA China hope to form its own system of social media strategy and construct an overall management system of social media. 
 
The partnership will leverage Bite’s deep roots and efficient capabilities in public relations and social media marketing to deliver results, and then help AIA China expand brand value on social media platform.
 
AIA Group is the largest independent publicly listed Pan-Asian life insurance group, with operations in 17 markets in Asia-Pacific. 
 
The group has more than 25,000,000 individual customers and more than 13,000,000 group insurance plan participants. AIA China started its operations in Shanghai, China, in 1992 and was the first wholly-owned non-mainland Chinese life insurer to receive an operating license. 
 
Today, AIA China has expanded into Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangdong and Jiangsu provinces.
 
Bite’s mandate for AIA China will further enhance its position as expert on social media marketing. Bite current clients include leading names in retail, technology, finance and travel, such as Tencent, FedEx Express, Qatar Airways、Jawbone、Sony Professional and SWIFT.
