Aim Proximity & Colenso BBDP NZ top Asian Marketing Effectiveness awards

HONG KONG – Aim Proximity and Colenso BBDO topped the Asian Marketing Effectiveness Awards 2009 for their ‘Yellow treehouse’ campaign for Yellow Pages New Zealand. The campaign also earned golds for  Integrated Marketing Campaign and Most Effective Branded Content, as well as bronzes for Best Loyalty Marketing Campaign and Best Idea.

The AME Awards, held Tuesday at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, are the region’s most respected prize for marketing effectiveness.

Other big AME winners were TBWA China, for its adidas ads around the 2008 Beijing Olympics; Lowe Vietnam, which picked up gold in Most Effective Use of Advertising category for its ‘Are you bold enough’ campaign for Nestlé; and BBH Asia, whose Axe ‘Wake up’ campaign was awarded gold in the Best Insights/Strategic Thinking category.
