One such initiative is the EY GDS Cybersecurity Bootcamp, an intensive program designed to introduce young professionals to the increasingly vital world of cybersecurity. Among its beneficiaries is Ninna Robyn Manzano, a graduate in Information Systems who now serves as a Threat Detection and Response Analyst at EY GDS Philippines.
“The hands-on mentorship and training helped hone my confidence in technical and soft skills. The more confident I become in these aspects, the more I feel assured that even though the future is constantly changing, I can always adapt and work under pressure regardless of whatever obstacles I may encounter in my profession,” said Manzano.
This concept of training and knowledge-sharing is EY GDS’ idea of shaping the future for the next generation of Filipino workforce, said Maez De Guzman, EY GDS Philippines Cybersecurity Leader.
