According to NEWS5 chief Luchi Cruz-Valdez, one of the aims of the "Pagbabago 2013" is to cover the local government elections. "People are uninformed about what’s going on in the local level." During the launch of TV5’s multi-sectoral election coverage, adobo magazine spoke to Cruz-Valdez about the power of media to effect change.
