SINGAPORE – Havas Red has released its latest global white paper, “In Plain Sight: The New Reality of CEO Visibility and Influence”, delivering new insights for business leaders. The research explores how the role of the CEO is rapidly evolving, driven by forces such as AI acceleration, fractured trust, and the rise of platform-native leadership.
Drawing on the foundations of Havas Red’s 2020 report, “Leading Through Crisis,” this latest research addresses the realities executives face today, with all particularly relevant for the diverse Asia-Pacific region. The paper identifies four major forces transforming the leadership sphere in 2025 and beyond, including:
- Values as a compass in a world of constant change
- The rise of the platform-native CEO who communicates with fluency, consistency and intent
- The erosion of inherited credibility in a fragmented trust environment
- AI as a strategic co-pilot, not a substitute for human judgment
Steve Fontanot, Commercial Managing Director, APAC, emphasised the significance of this research for the region: “As volatility becomes the norm, leaders must be bold, credible, and above all, trusted. HavasRed’s latest white paper reframes how leaders must show up intoday’s high-stakes, multi-platform environment.”
Fontanot continued, “In a region as diverse as APAC, where trust is earned in real time and leadership is increasingly scrutinized across borders and cultures, the insights included are timely and essential. From Singapore to Thailand, India to Japan and beyond, APAC’s next generation of leaders are ready to seize this moment, to withstand disruption and to define what comes next.”
The white paper urges leaders to listen intently and to communicate with intention. Fontanot concluded, “At HavasRed, we are helping CEOs and brands, lead with courage, clarity and consistency. Because those that do, have the power to shape the future of business and society.”
The full white paper is now available on the Havas Red website.
