THE PHILIPPINES, MAY 23, 2012: In a move to strengthen its local management team, PHD Media Network Philippines has appointed Ivy Fajardo as client service director and Anna Icabales as business unit manager.
Formerly business unit director, Fajardo in her new role will lead strategy development for PHD clients including Champion Detergents, Hewlett Packard, SC Johnson, among others. “Fajardo will also play a vital role in cultivating growth for PHD by driving new businesses. That’s an expertise she has proven over the years,” said PHD general manager Me-An Bernardo.
“It’s our thrust to be a strategic partner— to be more than a media agency — to advertisers. With a young and vibrant team, we will continue to push for fresh and innovative ideas that will help our brands to stand out," says Fajardo.
Meanwhile, Icabales will oversee trading and accountability for the Champion business unit. She has worked with the brand for the last five years as investment manager, and has since grown its customer base with her progressive media buying tactics. “I have partnered half of my career with PHD handling Champion. This move is energizing as it means more productive years of partnership with a valued client,” said Icabales.
