Andrew Dowling returns to Y&R as CEO of its Jakarta office

ASIA-PACIFIC – JAKARTA, INDONESIA – NOVEMBER 9, 2010 –  Y&R Jakarta has appointed Andrew Dowling as its new CEO. The appointment marks Dowling’s return to Y&R after two years at iris Worldwide leading the APAC Regional Adidas, Unilever, Yahoo!, Red Bull and global Diageo relationships from his base in Singapore. 
 
Since his change of career from teaching into the advertising industry, Dowling has had experience in categories such as FMCG, Automotive, Telecommunications, Tourism, Entertainment, Alcohol and Sports, with an in-depth integrated understanding across Digital, CRM, Retail, Activation, Experiential and ATL communications.
 
Previously at Y&R Singapore & Australia, Dowling took on integrated roles for a number of high profile regional and global brands, including Ford, Honda, Panasonic, SingTel, Optus, FOXTEL, TABCORP, Avis, H&R Block and the Australian Rugby Union.
